I am a professional Certified Development Project Manager (CDPM-III®), have more than 14 years of practical experiences on development projects and program planning,delivery and management with INGOs and big donors specifically on Education sector, social and Child Protection programming, women’s & girls’  rights and empowerment, gender equality, entrepreneurship and business development & management for youths and women. I am very passionate for teachers’ professional development, and initially I used to teach for 2 & half years in Secondary schools and Colleges. In addition, I do have well versed skills and knowledge on organizations' strategic plans development and management, research design,data analysis & report writing ,partnership establishment & management,team development & management,Stakeholders communications and leadership development.Worked  with British Council as EES Project Manager on Teachers' Professional Development Programmes,the IDT course helped me to collaborate  with various key stakeholders on education sector.

So that, based on the practical experiences, skills and learning that I gained from this IDT courses with classmates and from course coordinators as well as from my prior experiences, I would love to collaborate and work together on my expertise areas with NGOs, public sectors, private companies, research institutions and academia for my professional development and more.
